The Diplomatic Fellowships team at Howard University is pleased to share that it is now hiring for a number of positions that will support the work of the Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Program. Howard University administers the program through a cooperative agreement with the Department of State. The program promotes excellence and diversity in the State Department Foreign Service, and attracts and prepares talented students and professionals for careers of international service. The Rangel Program has expanded and is looking for outstanding and motivated professionals to carry out its mission.
We are hiring for a range of early, mid-career, and senior-level positions that offer opportunities to learn from a community of experienced staff and grow in our dynamic institution, Howard University. Candidates with a keen interest in program and/or project management, a commitment to excellent customer service, strong technological aptitude, experience in operations, budgeting, and finance, and an ability to balance competing priorities are encouraged to apply.
All positions are hired by and based at the Ralph. J. Bunche International Affairs Center at Howard University located in Washington, DC. All staff are currently working remotely.
